An R18+ rating would have been introduced a long time ago if the system to decide whether there should be one was a “majority rule”. Ratkinson could have saved us the trouble by agreeing to an R18+ rating instead of throwing down the gauntlet.

When will they realise it’s not about allowing the dodgey games into the country. It’s about preventing adult material being squeezed into the MA15+ category (modified or not).
