@Miffy:

In GTA China Town, you don't actually take the drugs, so it's ok.

Fallout 3 had the drugs were re-named, so that is ok.

I don't know about MGS4.

At any rate, this would have been RCed with or without an R18+, due to the hole thing of taking the drugs to make you better at what your doing.

Okay, fine. But they looked at Fallout 3. Twice. They looked at MSG4 as well. Hell, GTA: Chinatown Wars had REAL drugs, on the DS - a console which is basically aimed at children with adults a close second.

The way I see it, one of two things needs to change: >classification rules in general, so they make some damn sense.
>R18 rating laws. I recently deconstructed the released statement by Atkinson, I'm just having some trouble hosting it.

It's ok in practically every game, except ones the OFLC actually look at. Surely wearing a bra is acceptable considering practically every 15 year old female wears one, could strip down to one in Saint's Row 2 and make suggestive gestures... maybe the OFLC are too busy looking at transexuals and trailer trash to know anything else... http://www.classification.gov.au/www/cob/find.nsf/ClassificationsByDate?OpenView
